Yes, both exclusive and non-exclusive. Exclusivity depends on the market and on an agreed annual volume.
No. We work with stock orders, which keeps your margin intact because per-order shipping costs eat into it fast.
Pull the full live catalog (descriptions, photos, stock, new products) through the Shopify API, or get a CSV/XML file of your starting assortment. Many partners use the API so new products appear automatically.
